very rude and disruptive. On three occasions she threaten to remove her child from the center. At one point she withdraw her daughter for two weeks 12/21/15 and 12/28/15. And was out again for another 3 weeks but returned (see time card details). In addition to the weeks that her child was out, last week she requested a vacation week and it was denied as per our parent handbook. After that time, she gave us a 30 day written notice instead of just removing her child from our care. I believe that this was what caused her to become more aggravated with our center. She also expressed to me that her tuition was high and ask me to lower it which I did (see attached). The tuition for her daughter should have been $125 but was lowered to help her to S110. After her many complaints, I decided to adhere to the policies of our parent handbook and terminated her contract. She was clearly unhappy and I felt that it was in the best interest of my staff for her to find a place where she would be happy.In addition, to her filing her complaint with the Revdex.com, she also made several false accusations with [redacted] which were unfounded by the State Inspector.
