Wilson County Chevrolet, Buick, GMC Reviews (5)

I have a Chevy Venture van which I have always taken to Wilson County Motors for service I have always trusted them and have never let any [redacted] else touch my van I took it into their shop some time ago because the engine gauge was running a lot hotter than usual and I was concerned that if it continued unchecked, I would end up with an over-heated motor, stranded somewhere along the interstate, especially when the traffic was backed up so much that you HAD to go very slow When I took it up to have it checked out, I was told by their mechanic that my transmission fluid was scorched I asked them how this could happenThey changed out the transmission fluid and I was told "You can expect this problem with older cars!" They made absolutely no attempt to see what the problem was, let al [redacted] if it was something that could be fixed My sister told me to take my van over to an automotive shop she uses in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, on Lebanon Road and let them check it out for me When I took it over there and told them the exact same thing I told Wilson County Motors, they told me they would check it out I left it with them At least they were willing to look at it They called me the next day and told me it was a short in the fan wire that was causing it to over-heat They fixed it for me and it has been running just fine since then I think it is despicable that Wilson County Motors would not even look to see if they could find the problem I feel they were willing to allow me to be stranded on the road with a burnt up engine in order to sell me another van This is no way to treat a customer who has been doing business with you for YEARS I would not even write if this situation was not so appalling I called MrMitch B***, the owner of Wilson County Motors, to let him know that these kinds of practices were going on in his shop and he said he was sorry and if there was anything he could do for me just to let him know Well, the damage has already been d [redacted] to our relationship and I would not trust their shop to fix a tooth pick for me Once some***'s credibility is proved unreliable the damage cannot be undone The consumers need to be made aware of these kinds of practices so that they will not find themselves having to spend money unnecessarily just because of someone too lazy to look for a short in a fan wire Sincerely, [redacted]

I just recently financed a car from Wilsom County GM and had a very good experienceEveryone was very friendly, and eager to helpOne in particular that I delt with was John B***, he kept me updated with the loan process even when I wasnt at the dealershipI also do not have any mechanical issues with the vehicle

As business owners we know how important the Revdex.com is to give a honest review of your experience and the good ones are often forgottenFor that reason I want to sayThis is the best Chevrolet dealership I have ever visited, and we own Chevrolets! When you travel hours out of state to go see *** and ***, you know you've found a exceptional dealership! They are extremely professional, direct with no haggling and genuinely want you to enjoy the experience of car buyingI know this is unheard of, but they really raised the bar when it comes to the experience of car buying! Those are just few reasons we will continue to travel from *** to Tennessee and go to Wilson County Chevrolet!

I just recently financed a car from Wilsom County GM and had a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly, and eager to help. One in particular that I delt with was John B[redacted], he kept me updated with the loan process even when I wasnt at the dealership. I also do not have any mechanical issues with the vehicle.

I have a 2000 Chevy Venture van which I have always taken to Wilson County Motors for service. I have always trusted them and have never let any[redacted] else touch my van.
I took it into their shop some time ago because the engine gauge was running a lot hotter than usual and I was concerned that if it continued unchecked, I would end up with an over-heated motor, stranded somewhere along the interstate, especially when the traffic was backed up so much that you HAD to go very slow.
When I took it up to have it checked out, I was told by their mechanic that my transmission fluid was scorched. I asked them how this could happen. They changed out the transmission fluid and I was told "You can expect this problem with older cars!" They made absolutely no attempt to see what the problem was, let al[redacted] if it was something that could be fixed.
My sister told me to take my van over to an automotive shop she uses in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, on Lebanon Road and let them check it out for me. When I took it over there and told them the exact same thing I told Wilson County Motors, they told me they would check it out. I left it with them. At least they were willing to look at it.
They called me the next day and told me it was a short in the fan wire that was causing it to over-heat. They fixed it for me and it has been running just fine since then.
I think it is despicable that Wilson County Motors would not even look to see if they could find the problem. I feel they were willing to allow me to be stranded on the road with a burnt up engine in order to sell me another van.
This is no way to treat a customer who has been doing business with you for YEARS. I would not even write if this situation was not so appalling.
I called Mr. Mitch B[redacted], the owner of Wilson County Motors, to let him know that these kinds of practices were going on in his shop and he said he was sorry and if there was anything he could do for me just to let him know. Well, the damage has already been d[redacted] to our relationship and I would not trust their shop to fix a tooth pick for me. Once some[redacted]'s credibility is proved unreliable the damage cannot be undone.
The consumers need to be made aware of these kinds of practices so that they will not find themselves having to spend money unnecessarily just because of someone too lazy to look for a short in a fan wire.

Sincerely,
[redacted]
