Wilson & Dale

Wilson & Dale made a minor repair to our patio cover roof; then sprayed the entire patio cover roof with a polyurethane spray foam.

They charged $650 for this very minor repair.

Our complaint against them is twofold:

1. The first man who came to our home told us they were working on a job in the middle of town and could not complete the job because of the wind. Yet they worked on our patio cover and it was windy. We do not know if they did a good job or not because we are too old to climb a ladder to look at the patio cover roof. It was inappropriate to discuss another customer with us.

2. The second man who came to our home and sprayed the polyurethane foam on the entire patio cover roof left our gate open. That is inexcusable because our dog got out and is now missing.

Our complaint against this company is negligence.

We have no intentions of filing a claim of any nature against this company. The loss of our beloved dog cannot be compensated. We can only hope and pray she will be found by someone who will love her.
