issues that I reported were a) Crisdental held $573.00 of my money since last summer without notifying me, b) Crisdental was unwilling to promptly refund my money and c) Crisdental would not provide access to anyone in management or in their accounting office for me to speak with.
 
I received a phone call from Adam B[redacted] (sp?) at Crisdental last Thursday afternoon (2/4/2016). I believe Adam is the COO of the company. Adam was apologetic and said he would follow-up to find out who made the decision that I could not speak to anyone in management or in their accounting office. Up to that point I was only able to speak to the receptionist at their local Eagle Point, OR office. I have not heard from Adam since that call, but he did not promise to follow-up with me after his investigation either. While on that call I reiterated to Adam my extreme displeasure with his company and the lack of communication and told him that I expected a full refund by the following week (week of 2/8/2016).
 
On Wednesday, 2/10/2016, a check arrived at my home address with a full refund of $573.00. Based on that refund I consider this issue resolved.
 
I continue to question why Crisdental sat on nearly $600 of my money for over 6 months and never once tried to let me know or ask how I would like the money to be refunded. Had my wife not called their Eagle Point office to inquire about a teeth cleaning, and had the receptionist not stated "oh, I see you have a credit balance on our books", we would have never known and would have left the state with nearly $600 in Crisdental's bank account that they did not earn nor were they entitled to. That is as shoddy as it gets in my opinion.
 
I did receive a full refund after writing numerous reviews and writing to numerous consumer protection agencies. I am satisfied from a financial standpoint but not from a professional business practice standpoint. I cannot help but wonder how much money Crisdental is sitting on from other consumers. At any rate, my issue is resolved and I stand completely by the original statement that I submitted to your office.
