the store to discuss any specifics of a dealNo physical trade appraisal had been done, which is standard procedure before finalizing any numbers or drawing up of any contractsFact 2: The customer was informed before any travel or cost to the customer, that a mistake in fact had been made, and that the price listed on the website was a mistake by a third party provider(** *** had also verbally voiced concerns about the price of the truck being too low to the salesperson, so we feel this customer is trying to take advantage of a simple mistake in information input in a computer system.) Fact3: The vehicle is still for sale on our lot for the corrected price of $37,995, which is what the actual NADA value of the vehicle isA physical trade appraisal will still need to be completed before any deal can be drawn upSorry for the misunderstanding in this matter, but we do feel as a business, this person is trying to take advantage of a simple mistake and not practice good business ethics

The facts which wilson ford stated are not incorrect. It is not my concern who was in error, wilson ford or some third party. The price appeared on their site, we confirmed the price 4 days prior to negotiating for several hours based on that price with the salesman. Then the price changed. Fortunately Washington Ford does not operate this way and I have purchased a vehicle 70 miles north through a painless experience.
