I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel that the dealership did not answermy question of REIMBURSEMENT GUARANTEE which states the following Thedealer named on reverse side agrees to reimburse the named customer only, theservice contract selling price, not to exceed $4,000, in the event the customercomplies with the following conditions.My conditions are the current vehicle registration, a copy of proof ofinsurance, a copy of the sales contract, and service contract which I canprovide to the dealership.The dealership named on the reverse side is Wilson Motors not NADS Imeet my requirements of this contract is it not for the dealership to payme back and then the dealership go through the process of dealing with thelawyers? This is the whole reason why I agreed to this extended warrantybecause the sale person told me about the guarantee Also, yourdealership did not explain to me that this was a third party warranty and soldit to us as the Toyota Extra Care Platinum which to me is fraud.In addition when I first contacted your dealership one of your sales peopletold me to call back in on Monday and talk to *** as the dealership washonoring the refunds so you might want to have a conversation with your staffto not relay that information to the customer if you are NOT going to fulfillyour end of the contract

I would like to extend my apology for this situation, as you know NADS has declared bankrupcy and Western Insurance Company is in receivership. Wilson Motors is not holding any of the insurance premium or the refund funds, we dont have the cash to disperse to you or the hundreds of customers that...

have been involved. We have been advised to direct all customers to the Atorneys that are handling the claims against Western, I have included the information in the attachment.  We are watching the following sites for the best updates, westerinsurancecompany.net & utinsreceivers.org please be sure to contact the recievers to apply for the refund once this mess is settled.Sincerely[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It has been 44 days since the purchase of the vehicle.  The refund is still due, but am encouraged that the refund of the Gap insurance and Extended Warranty plus taxes will be deposited ASAP as stated in the response.

After filing this complaint, I recieved a call from Wilson Motors saying "after consulting with their attorneys, they will be refunding the purchase price of the car in addition to fees.

We will be happy to help with this situation, however missing three payments to the bank is going to be difficult to correct. The bank is going to ask why you didnt make payments and will take some convincing that it is the Dealers fault. Please contact me directly to get this issue resolved.

As per the customers request we used WECU as the desired financial institution, this request is why the transaction was funded in timely manner and as to why the transaction could not be terminated. The warranty and Gap cancelation was processed and will be refunded to the bank ASAP, due to...

Wilson Nissan has a used vehicle reconditioning policy that is designed to potect the consumer from purchasing unsafe vehicles. All vehicles retailed by Wilson Nissan have undergone a rigorous inspection to include all safety systems, we also pull a Carfax report (Industry Standard) to check for...

vehicle history. Although this report cant guarantee from all possible issues we feel that offering such a report at time of sale is above and beyond industry standards. Between our rigorousee inspection and the Carfsx report that gave the vehicle a clean bill of health I feel that Christen Bowman's statement "I believe they are dishonest and employ deceptive sales tactics" is groundless and vindictive.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Wilson motors response to my concern continues to fail my needs as a consumer. I never received a copy of the "rigorous inspection" results, even though I requested this information. My concerns are neither "groundless nor vindictive." I do not seek vengeance or revenge, I have a right as a consumer to know if the vehicle I am driving is unsafe or not. Since I have no information about the extent of the damage the vehicle sustained, I am left with uncertainty. This may have been solved simply, but Wilson motors has not provided me with information to allay my uncertainty. Because Wilson motors has been unwilling to provide me with information, I view failure to provide requested information as deceptive and dishonest.

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] today with regards to the issues we have caused with our handling of the trade payoff and overall lack of professionalism. Mr [redacted] and I have discussed what went when wrong and are in discussion as to how to resolve this to a mutually amicable end.
