PropertyGuys.com (Prince Edward Island) has looked into this complaint because we take feedback from our customers very seriously.

We have conducted an internal review of this matter, and we are comfortable that there have been no outages in...

the PropertyGuys.com website or communications systems. All messages entered into the system for this customer were immediately delivered to their PropertyGuys.com inbox.

It is also important to recognize that any delays in getting the customer's listing activated were due to certain challenges in gathering all required documents from the owners of the property. We were not advised that there had been an issue with the brochures being damaged upon delivery. PropertyGuys.com uses third party suppliers who deliver a variety of different services and PropertyGuys.com does not warranty these services. However, if we had been made aware of the issue, it would have been rectified immediately.

We do sympathize with the customer in not being successful in selling their property using our program. We do not guarantee that people will successfully sell their property when using our program, but we truly hope that they do!

Based on the information provided, we've concluded that PropertyGuys.com (Prince Edward Island franchise) has honoured their agreement with this customer.

I honestly don't feel that your take your customer complaints seriously.
Your PEI rep failed to meet expectations of what he promised. This response is quite unprofessional.
You communications systems were down for a period which I talked to your support who admitted that property guys was making changes to the system.
I'm quite disappointed with this service. I'm even more disappointed that Kenny your P.E.I rep cannot admit to his failure to provide the service her promised..
This leaves me with no other choice but to take further action.
I will proceed with this with the P.E.I consumer board. I will then make sure to send to send a letter to the editor describing what poor service I received from Property Guys.
To date I have never dealt with such a poor service and terrible customer experience. this is the first complaint I have ever posted.
This shows what type of company you run. Maybe Property Guys as a whole is a great company.. However your local rep for P.E.I doesn't represent your company professionally..

Sept 12 I was in touch with [redacted] by phone and made a resolution which was accepted and everything is good.
