Mrand Mrs [redacted] bought a new home and worked with our company on the initial install in Everything went well and we have fulfilled any warranty issues from that initial work In the same designer, [redacted] worked with them to have more done to the residence, at which time they signed a proposal and put a deposit down of $8, With the larger than usual workload this spring there were issues in installing the project in a timely manner and it was delayed We did manage to make it out there on three separate occasions to cleanup, remulch, install a dry creek bed, and a flagstone patio Each portion of work we did had a 10% discount applied to it to make up for the scheduling issues, on top of discounted pricing already applied since we had done work with the homeowner on the initial new house install Although there were communication and scheduling issues, the homeowners received top quality work and were given a discounted price to make up for the delays, as well as additional mulch installed for free The designer they were working with,***, left our company two weeks ago Before leaving, he informed the homeowners of this but that we could still keep the rest of the project scheduled for the fall through our company at which point the homeowners decided not to have any more work done by our company We refunded the remaining deposit leftover of $2,to the homeowner We do apologize for the delays on the project, however we can not offer anymore discounts at this time

I am sorry to hear about the problems you have been having with the front yard tree Our usual warranty is one year, however upon inspecting the tree (which is still very loose) and the issues you described, we will be replacing the tree next week (week of November 28).Thanks, Wilson Landscape Associates

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Our company had a replacement work order made up for this lot in January per the builder to replace two dead trees. We are a seasonal business and just received the evergreen trees in stock two weeks ago. We replaced the two trees in question yesterday on April 23rd 2015, there is
no further work required at this site
