The level of incompetence of this law firm is unbelievableI informed the lawyer Anna *** of everything that was on my record on our first visit where she advised me of what I could include in the expungementI also informed her of my DUIs and that I was on probation where she then advised me that the DUIs are never removed from recordI paid for the amendment of the first order to be corrected for something they failed to includeI paid for the correction and why was this error not corrected on the second order for the second court date doesn't add upInstead they didn't do their job like they failed to do in the first place by including everything that was on my record on the ordersI advised them of my record and Anna *** pulled it up on our first visit and went through every single thing on my recordNow why would I withhold information that I want to get expunged? Answer that one? In the first court date a different lawyer showed up said she was covering for my lawyer Anna *** and apparently they had no communication with each otherI'm not a lawyer and the reason why I hired them to help is because I didn't know how to complete the paper work but now that I see their level of incompetence and how they do business I probably would've been better of completing this myselfI trusted them to do their job, I never withheld any information I needed expunged and the DUIs which again Anna Scholl clearly said they wouldn't be removed now it's not my fault that they didn't include them in the order like they were suppose toI'm not a lawyer this was their jobI need this corrected or I want my money back
