After reviewing your policy I see that you had called on a weekend and left us a voice message that you wanted your personal auto policy cancelled. A Customer Service Representative called you back on 12/22/2014 and left you a voice message. We have no signed cancellation request on file therefore...

we could not cancel your policy. It is out policy to have a signed cancellation request to cancel your insurance. I apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience this has caused for you.If you have obtained new insurance with another provider, you can send us a copy of the declaration pages showing the effective date of the new insurance coverage and we will be able to cancel your policy back to that date and issue a refund. "Phone calls not returned, and being yelled at". I have never been treated more rudely by a claims agent in my entire life. I contacted the president of Wilson Mutual and he seemed to not have a problem with the treatment just as long as they provided the service. You better have thick skin when dealing with this company....
