To Whom it May Concern,Please see attached response and contracts provided to Mr***We record all of our phone calls and we went back and listened to the phone call(s) from Mr*** regarding heating oil pricing and service issues and those are documented in the attached letterI have

To Whom it May Concern,
Please see attached response and contracts provided to Mr. [redacted]. We record all of our phone calls and we went back and listened to the phone call(s) from Mr. [redacted] regarding heating oil pricing and service issues and those are documented in the...

attached letter. I have also attached a copies of the pricing agreements provided to Mr. [redacted] for this year and last year for your review. In short, we did everything he asked of us. He has apparently become unhappy because oil prices had dropped and we didn't lower our retail price low enough for his liking. It should be noted that we did lower our price 27 cents under his capped price, but due to rapidly changing market conditions we have had to raise our prices back up as wholesale heating oil prices have spiked up in recent weeks. Due to the timing of deliveries Mr. [redacted] was not the beneficiary of our lower prices at the time of his deliveries.
Please let me know if you need any additional information in order to render a decision.
Sincerely,

I have been a customer of Wilson's for over 2 years. Everyone I have dealt with, from the customer service reps to the technicians, have been professional and friendly. They have taken the time to help us lock in the best price each season and even looked at a problem we were having with our old thermostat when they came to service our boiler. We've been very satisfied with the service we've received!

I have been using this company for years, they treat my family like part of their family. Service is prompt, professional & have confidence every time I call them.
Keep up the great work!

Air conditioner went out. Service responded within 45 minutes. Very pleasant tech who found the problem and had it running in no time. Quite a nice man and very professional. Thank you!

I've been using Wilson for 11yrs now and have to say they are the best with helping customers. I was out of work & they were kind enough to work with me on a budget & I have a service plan as well & they are always great with regular service & when you have an emergency like heater not working at 11pm & the service man is there in 10minutes to fix your heater,

To Whom it May Concern,
In response to Mr. [redacted]'s statement, the contract does not require a signature as it is a telephonic contract, which is legal in Pennsylvania as long it has the three day right of cancellation, which it does. I cannot help it if he didn't read the contract that was sent to him. We disclosed the fee he mentioned in the contract. That fee is charged to cover the cost of protecting his oil price. Wilson does not profit from this fee as it is essentially a pass through that we pay to our broker [redacted] Energy. In fact, what we charged Mr. [redacted] didn't even cover the full cost we paid to protect his oil price. I am rejecting his offer to pay what he feels his fair because I did what he asked me to do, protect his oil price and I expended money to do so. He is arguing over our profit margins and that is something I am unwilling to compromise on. I find it interesting that last year he we did the exact same thing as we did this year and there was no complaint. Why? Because oil prices went up and Mr. [redacted] had a protected price and was not exposed to the market rates. This year the opposite happened and while he paid a price that was lower than his protected rate that's not good enough for him. He can't have it both ways.  Mr. [redacted] can cancel the contract as long as he pays the early termination fee that is outlined in the contract, which amounts to to $546, plus his current account balance of $522.20. If he does not wish to pay this then the only other option I have is to pursue this in small claims court.
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
David O'[redacted]

Wonderful Company. Moved in to house from another state. Other companies required a very large deposit to start or continue prior owner's services.
They were always willing to work with me re payments and the office staff were friendly and helpful.
The service techs were knowledgeable and always helpful. Emergency service was extremely quick.

The two contracts submitted to us are invalid. This is the first time I have seen any contract. I did not sign or pay for any contract.Wilson Oil provided a detailed phone conversation to us and please note no mention of a $70 charge.Wilson oil has not provided to us the phone calls I made to them to stop all services and they continued to deliver oil to me, at one and a half times as much as my most recent supplier.I do not wish to go back and forth to wilson on this matter with The Revdex.com assistance any longer than necessary . My most recent solution to resolve this matter is no longer acceptable.I do wish to resolve this matter today in the following way, offer good till 3/10/15Accept $2.50 per Gal. for  25.3 gal. on 1/15/15  and 111.1 gal. on 2/13/15 Total 136.4 @$2.50 =$341.00 Along with a conformation letter noting satisfied and paid in full.

Review: Wilson of Wallingford has not only been billing me for services provided in the past six months for a home I do not live in, but did not have authorization to bill me in the first place ( I did not agree to use their services, and did not sign a contract with them. I have never met with anyone from Wilson and had never heard of them until I began recieving a bill). In October 2012 I moved from [redacted]. I have continued to recieve letters forwarded to my new home from WIlson and a Collections Agency stating that Wilson Oil is owed a balance of $700 and growing with each monthly "service" they state they are providing me.

Wilson oil has been providing service to this home for 6+ months; months that I have not lived there, and billing me for the service.

I have requested documentation and proof of this debt in writing but have recieved from them, aside from a bill for a recent service on 5/3/2013. Again, I do not live in this home and have not for over 6 months, so whomever is requesting service is NOT MYSELF.

I have attempted in writing to contact both Wilson Oil and the collection agency they are using to dispite and settle this supposed debt and recieved nothing from them stating proof of debt, documentation of an agreement to use their services, etc. Only bills.

This is unacceptable and I need to find another avenue to get this settled, since following the correct collections and practices laws (such as providing documentation that I dispute this debt) seem to not matter to Wilson of Wallingford or their collection agency.

I am afraid that this will be incorrectly reported to the credit agencies, and ruin my credit, which I have been working so hard to build.Desired Settlement: I request that Wilson of Wallingford remove this supposed account from Collections immediately and contact me in wrting with any documentation to prove this debt is valid (such as a contract with my signature, or a signed document agreeing to use their services). Considering that there is none, I am hoping this situation will be rectified quickly.

It is unfortunate that I have had to take drastic measures to clear this up, but Wilson of Wallingford does not follow rules and regulations for fair debt collecting, and have been billing the wrong person for months.
