[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dear [redacted] , With regards to the response received from the business identified in this complaint I would like to state the following:I called the Washington Metro Police first district to report the damages to the vehicle I spoke with the officers and mentioned MrA***'s proposal for me to leave the vehicle on the premises so he could inspect it in the morning and the police officer strongly advised me against it The metro police completed a property damage report against MrA [redacted] on my behalf and advised me to call my insurance and remove the vehicle from the premisesMy insurance company did in fact speak with MrA [redacted] and they did not indicate that he wasn’t at fault (as he stated in his letter), they simply stated that he refused to accept liability for his actions.MrA [redacted] is correct in stating that they worked only on a flat tire which does not change the fact that he damaged the vehicle while parking itThe fact that I was advised by the Metro PD to remove my vehicle from the parking lot also does not absolve MrA [redacted] of liability for the damage that he causedNowhere in his letter does MrA [redacted] state that he didn’t cause the damage, he only states that he isn’t responsible because he didn’t have a chance to view the damages after he left the vehicle parked in the lot.Any entity or individual that conducts their business with integrity and respect would accept liability for their actions and make it right with the customer; that’s what I am seeking and I am disturbed that MrA [redacted] is perfectly content to be so unwavering in his dishonestyI’m hoping that this complaint will at least help prevent other individuals from being harmed by this business in the future.Regards, [redacted] ***

2/9/16Dear Sir,Regarding the complain on 7/15/ID [redacted] the gas station is not responsible for any damage to vehicle because the customer did not leave the vehicle at gas station to be checked by one of the damages He refused to leave vehicle to be inspected he picked up the vehicle without any off managers to see what happen I even spoke with customer, he declined Gas station is not responsible again for any damages even his inssurer spoke with me We have no fault Thanks, RoyNo2We only worked on vehicle for flat tire nothing else

We only replaced a new tire in the rear and customer stated that the car was hit from under which he didn't notify any mangers. When he called me before picking up his vehicle I told him leave the car at the station so we can inspect the vehicle but he took the car without leaving it. He should've left the vehicle at the station so we can inspect it and see the damage. He didn't even communicate with the management we never saw the vehicle after he picked it up.Thank youRoy[redacted]
