RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this... resolution is satisfactory to me. [redacted] Is working with me to correct cracks in the concrete that was laid by Wilson’s Concrete on a job that was contracted through Wilson’s Pool.Wilson’s Pool is scheduled to come out and tear out some concrete and replace with landscaping brick. The area in the back part of the pool, Wilson’s Pools is willing to work with us while we get that area fixed. If everything works then I am will be very pleased with the company’s work to correct the issue. So far I am impressed with ***’s willingness to work together for a solution that works for both of us. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The owner was not in the hospital - he lied to us times about "being in the hospital" when we know he was meeting with future clients trying to sell pools to friends of my parentsFurthermore, we did receive a $check that was refunded from the $we paid Wilson Pools Plus and another $check we wrote that was returned and "VOID" written acrossAt the bottom of the $check from Wilson Pools Plus - the owner - JC Wilson - wrote "Paid in full and satisfactionany of any claims and all claims against Wilson Pools Plus." Although we cashed the check in efforts to recoup some of our lost money to this poorly ran company, we are not in agreementWe are out not only the other $we paid, we are also out the cost of having the concrete now stripped and redone in addition to have the paint taken off of the poles, and places paint was poorly placedOther consumers need to know the way that Wilson Pools Plus treats their customers and will not follow-through on what they say and/or offerFurthermore, the way JC Wilson spoke to both Jason and Dana (in separate conversations) was unprofessional, condescending and downright racist

The manufacturer of the liner is working to get the liner replaced and the owners were aware of this.
42" walls are common in the...

industry and that is what these walls are.
Plumbing was installed correctly the owner wanted the slide moved to the center of the pool so that is what we did. We are coating the concrete in the spring and the owner is aware of this
A cover has been ordered and the sand bag in the pool will be taken care of.
As soon as we hear from the Manufacturer we will let the owners know.

A contract was signed on 07/21/14 for the total contract amount of $64,581.00. This contract was agreed and signed by both parties. The pool was dug and...

built between 08/14/14 to 08/27/14. The concrete was poured 09/08/14 and the fence installed within a week after concrete was poured. The PVC pipe, which was removed and fixed the drainage problem. St. Louis County never fine or issued any notices to us regarding the problem.
The electrician should have followed up by contacting St. Louis County on what needed to be done to resolve the issues that stopped the pool electrical inspection being passed. We will contact both the electrician and St. Louis County to fix the issues as soon as weather permits.
Also the electrician will fix the landscape lights and whoever is responsible for the fountain will repair it as needed.
The coating issue the contract states will we do 975 square feet of concrete with coating amount price on the contract $4,387.00. If you divide $4,387.00 @$4.50 it equals 975 square feet of concrete. They now have 1158 square feet of concrete around their pool. They also had two existing concrete pads, which both of them together were approximately 800+ square feet. The person doing the coating for Wilson's Pool explained to the homeowners that the contract on specified coating 975 square feet and any extra would be $4.50 per square foot. The total amount for extra coating including the pads would be approximately $4,423.50. The homeowners told them they didn't want the job done by Wilson's Pools.
