This is in response to the complaint received from the Revdex.com Complaint ID# [redacted] The Complainants name is omitted for his privacy I was advised by my employees of this incident shortly after the complainant leftAccording to the employees present the complainant kept trying to cut in line in front of other customers He was also verbally abusive towards them during his time in the building The complainant was advised he would have to wait his turn and could not cut in front of other customers who were already waiting their turn Upon getting to the scale when it was his turn, the item he wanted to weight up was aluminum wire He advised why it was aluminum but refused to listen and became very uncooperative during his time here The employee in question advised the complainant that he needed to leave and he could take his complaint to the office The complainant refused and left I also spoke to other customers who witnessed this incident and advised me the complainant was being verbally abusive towards the employees and would not cooperate According to the other customers present, it was best for the complainant to leave due to his attitude and refusal to cooperate If in the future there is a problem it would be best for the customer to come to the main office and let me determine the best course of action to be taken This means any disputes about materials or how the employees are handling things If I can be of any assistance please let me know Thank you [redacted] Wilson Recycling
