Good afternoon, The email below is what was sent to the customer, I highlighted the section that specifically states vouchers cannot be used on any custom productsUnfortunately our system is not capable of processing a custom order with a voucher, and this capability has never been an option
for us since we first implemented the vouchers about years agoOur customer service team would not have said this was a possibility, because it never has been. After looking into this case further, it appears that after the customer spoke with us on 06/(and we told him vouchers can’t be used towards custom products), the customer used the voucher and ordered and received a stock baseball glove. It appears that this case has been resolved, the voucher has been used and the customer received a glove. Please let me know if any further action needs to take place
