Good morning Miriam, hope this email finds you wellWe just received your letter in the mail in regards to Larissa Wright's complaint and would love to address it with youThis particular person altered their pass (I have provided you a picture of the pass.) to bring another vehicle onto property without first registering the vehicle with the office which is stipulated in the lease she signed four days priorThat is why her vehicle was towedAs far as the fee's, those are all state mandated and the storage fee's start as soon as your vehicle is in our facilityTow companies do not charge storage fees by the hour, rather, they charge by the dayThe last thing I'd like to address are the scratches on her vehicleWe take very thorough pictures of every vehicle prior to us towing and each picture is date/time stamped as well as gps markedI have included those pictures of the scratches MsWright is trying to accuse us of doingWhen she was in our office, we even brought MsWright around into our own office to show her the pictures of the vehicle on our big computer screen so she could view it easierAfter admitting that she did, in fact know about the biggest scratch, she did mention she was not aware of the other scratches behind the big scratch which is why I chose to include those as wellWe have legal signage posted, we had proper signatures as well as very long paper trails of everything we do for circumstances like thisWe pride ourselves on being law abiding so when we get someone accusing us of illegally towing them, we do not take it lightlyI hope this helps resolve any issuesYou may contact me at your leisure, should you have any questions Warm regards, Miranda Absher Manager Wilson Towing ###-###-#### ###-###-####
