I’ve been in the car business since My job consists of buying salvaged automobiles and repairing them to the best of my ability and selling them at reasonable costsWhen someone comes to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle I always inform them that the vehicle is as is, so if you buy it,
it’s yoursMr*** bought a Buick car from me in May I have sold many cars to this gentleman in the past and we never had any issuesHe usually purchases cars with low mileage but this particular time he purchased an older car with over 90,miles on itHe had come in to my shop approximately weeks prior to this purchase and test drove this Buick and another carThe day of the purchase Mr*** was in a hurry to leave because he was going to Texas and was going to drive the Buick that he purchasedWhen he came to the shop the car was sitting in the shopWe realized the back doors didn’t open, so I told Mr*** to run and get his paperwork done and when he comes back to get the car the back doors would be working properlyAlso, while the car was in the shop I did the inspection, which I can legally do, and then pulled the car out of the garageWhen Mr*** came back with the paperwork and I finished up with the car and put the inspection sticker on it so he was ready to goI believe it was approximately days when Mr*** called and informed me that the car was leaking oil and that it has a bad back tire on itI informed him again that while it was in the shop it did not have an oil leak and I wouldn’t have sold it to him if it didAfter many discussions with him about this problem I agreed to buy him a rack and pinion and a tire from *** Auto Sales, but he would have to install themAs for Mr*** saying that I never inspected the car is nonsenseThis was a car that I had bought salvaged and repaired myselfI did all the proper inspections on this BuickJust because he didn’t witness this doesn’t me it wasn’t doneI take pride and ownership in what I do for a living and give everything my 100%I have the proper registration and licensing to accurately inspect vehiclesSincerely: *** ***
