I have phone records showing I spoke to her on 5-18-asking for copy of her return for her FASFA, I advised her she could
pull her return into her FASFA online straight from the IRS and she said okThen on 5-26-I was working and missed her call so she text me and said she needed a copy to take to Ashland University, that same night her husband stopped into my work and I made him a copy for herI did not respond the second time to her call or her text because I gave him a copy of it the same dayShe was given a copy of her return the night they paid for it alsoI do not show her calling any other times then the two on my phone recordsWhy she feels the need to do this, I have no ideaThank you, Tammie W***/W***'s Tax Services, LLC

I did give her husband the copy of the Federal Form that she needed for her fasfaI did not return her second phone call because I seen her husband at my work and gave him the copyAgain, I did speak to her on 5-when I was driving home from work, and I advised her she could pull her return into her Fasfa, then on 5-I missed her call and she sent a text after she called and said she needed it for Financial Aid at AU, so thats when her husband came in to my work, he still had the copy of the return in his Truck, so I made a copy of it and gave it to him so she would have a copy to take with herI am sorry she feels like she needs to do this

As of 6/29/I have yet to receive a full copy of my FEDERAL and STATE tax return from Tammie W*** the owner of W***'s Tax ServiceThere is no other resolution to this matter other than this customer receiving a full copy of my state and federal tax returnThis matter is not resolved
Tammie W*** has direct knowledge through this Revdex.com complaint that this customer is requesting a full copy of state and federal tax returns and still fails to contact this customer directly so that a copy can be given/receivedTo this there is no excuse/reason/justification
