diagnosed themachine, gave a rough estimate for repair and billed him for our minimum one hour service fee. Hethen tried to unsuccessfully haggle a lower price, after the service call was completed. In the future, Ihope he can find a company that will travel to his business, perform a diagnostic and give him anestimate for what is to be an expensive repair, for less than a one hour labor charge.We are a fair, and honest company and feel the charge of our minimum service fee was appropriate.Wilson's Air Technologies, Inc.
