Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Wilsons Auto Sales LLC literally got my husband and I for $5720 out of two cars and we got to keep none. But yet they want $700 to get our car back. Wilsons did us wrong. I will recommend them to nobody. I will get to where I need to be with this. How dare them leave my autism baby with no way to his treatments and therapy classes. I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

In response to customer, we did sell a 2007 Nissan Maxima to customer. We had not finished reconditioning it when they had came to purchase a vehicle. It needed front brake pads and rotors. They did have problems shortly after purchasing it and we sent our mechanic out to them to diagnose and fix...

the issues. The cars tensioner pulley had broke. We don't sell warranties and sell all our vehicles as-is being as most are over 10 years old. We fixed the issue and did not hear from them again until they decided to try and trade it in may of 2017. So we checked the car out and it had not had any basic maintenance done to it such as the brakes and rotors that they previously knew they needed to fix. It also had significant cosmetic damage that it previously did not have. We offered to give $1400 towards a down payment on another vehicle. They found a 2008 Pontiac G5 they were interested in. We proceeded with the deal and they purchased the G5 using the Maxima as the full down payment.  They purchased it for $5550 and we put their payments at $250 per month. We do not charge interest on our cars either so the numbers are easily understood by most. They made their first payment 11 days late and of only $200. Then, they proceeded to make 2 full monthly payments a few days late each which isn't a big deal. The fourth scheduled payment was made over 2 weeks late and we waived the late fee. We did not receive a payment for the months of October or November and was not in contact with customer so we unfortunately had to repossess the vehicle. We are easy to work with and understand things happen but have to have contact to help and they had always been in contact before that point. Im not sure if they are just complaining about the Nissan Maxima but that's what it seems like. It would also seem to me that we had resolved any issues they had with Maxima when we traded for it.
