pull her return into her FASFA online straight from the IRS and she said ok. Then on 5-26-16 I was working and missed her call so she text me and said she needed a copy to take to Ashland University, that same night her husband stopped into my work and I made him a copy for her. I did not respond the second time to her call or her text because I gave him a copy of it the same day. She was given a copy of her return the night they paid for it also. I do not show her calling any other times then the two on my phone records. Why she feels the need to do this, I have no idea. Thank you, Tammie W[redacted]'s Tax Services, LLC

Tammie W[redacted] did not speak with me on 5/18/2016 as she claims, a voice mail was left. Tammie W[redacted] admits not returning phone calls in the response to the complaint. Further, Tammie W[redacted] admits in her response to the complaint that she issued a copy of taxes to Mr. [redacted]. The "copy" to which she suggests was 4 pages of Form 1040 only, given to Mr. [redacted], not this customer. Furthermore, (4) four pages of Form 1040 is not the full 2015 tax return. I did not receive a copy of my 2015 taxes when I filed, otherwise, this obviously would not be necessary. This customer has yet to receive a full copy of the 2015 taxes (FEDERAL and STATE) from the owner of W[redacted]'s Tax Service - Owner: Tammie W[redacted].

I did give her husband the copy of the 1040 Federal Form that she needed for her fasfa. I did not return her second phone call because I seen her husband at my work and gave him the copy. Again, I did speak to her on 5-18 when I was driving home from work, and I advised her she could pull her return into her Fasfa, then on 5-25 I missed her call and she sent a text after she called and said she needed it for Financial Aid at AU, so thats when her husband came in to my work, he still had the copy of the 2015 return in his Truck, so I made a copy of it and gave it to him so she would have a copy to take with her. I am sorry she feels like she needs to do this.

As of 6/29/2016 I have yet to receive a full copy of my FEDERAL and STATE tax return from Tammie W[redacted] the owner of W[redacted]'s Tax Service. There is no other resolution to this matter other than this customer receiving a full copy of my state and federal 2015 tax return. This matter is not resolved.
Tammie W[redacted] has direct knowledge through this Revdex.com complaint that this customer is requesting a full copy of 2015 state and federal tax returns and still fails to contact this customer directly so that a copy can be given/received. To this there is no excuse/reason/justification.
My lawyer has been officially notified.
