Jake H [redacted] (General Manager) personally spoke with customer regarding the issues that occurred Toyota Finanical has agreed to waive excess payments that show as due, and update the credit bureau It may take 60-days before the credit bureau shows the correction
The customer came into Wilsonville Toyota on 11/2/and traded the truck in for a brand new one Customer is happy and we are happy to have this concern resolved

Just to respond to Wilsonville Toyota's comment, the truck's clutch started to fail the day after purchased and I was told by their service manager that I would have to just roll the truck whenever it failed to go into gear After this, I returned the truck and was told I would get my $restocking fee returned When I picked up my check it was not included.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Wilsonville Toyota has a 5 day right of return, but there is a $250 return stock fee. I have attached the signed copy of this policy that was explained at the time of purchase. Regardless we try to keep customers happy and will refund a check in the amount of $250 Ms. [redacted]

After speaking with Mr [redacted] it was determined that regardless of how the dent got in the truck, Wilsonville Toyota will pay to have the dent removed. The appointment has already been set to have the repair completed. Wilsonville Toyota always strives for excellence customer...
