Review: This is now the second time where a plumber from [redacted] Plumbing was supposed to come to fix something in our house, and they have not shown up. The first time, they forgot! This second time, I've called them FOUR times this morning to ask what time they will be arriving. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11 am. I have gotten the call center each time I've called. The person at the call center has taken my information down with the promise that someone from [redacted] will call me. No one has called. It is now noon with no sign of anyone coming.
I can understand if this happened one time. But this is now the second time that I have been sitting at home all morning long for someone at [redacted] to show up and no one has. They have not even bothered to return one of my four phone calls. This is terrible service.Desired Settlement: The business show deliver on their promise to show up when they say they will. However, we will no longer use [redacted] Plumbing for our needs.
