First, I would like to apologize for the delayed response. Wimmer Communities takes complaints from the Revdex.com seriously. Unfortunately we did not receive your first correspondence.I have spoken to the Regional Manager and Property Manager regarding the situation. Ms. [redacted] paid with a check....

Wimmer Communities does not accept cash. We have record of this $300 payment on Ms. [redacted]’s ledger. Her current balance is $150.Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] Sr are listed on the lease. Ms. [redacted]’s son, [redacted] Jr, was seen accessing the Alpine Court parking garage (with girlfriend [redacted], previously denied applicant) with Ms. [redacted]’s remote. A violation notice was sent to Ms. [redacted] on August 13, 2015 (see attached) warning Ms. [redacted] that only individuals listed on the lease are allowed access to the garage. We also asked for confirmation that these vehicles were registered to the Lessees, Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] Sr.Despite the letter we have visual confirmation from several sources that Mr. [redacted] Jr was continuing to access the garage after the August 13th letter. We also learned that one of the vehicles on the lease was registered to Ms. [redacted]’s son, [redacted] Jr., who is not on the lease (see attached).We understand that towing is inconvenient. It’s a last resort for the property to take this measure. However, Ms. [redacted] had not contacted management regarding the first letter and violated the lease by continuing to allow her son unauthorized access to the garage.Wimmer Communities is willing to terminate Ms. [redacted]’s lease effective October 1st if Ms. [redacted] submits the garage remote to management or the Wimmer corporate office by Friday, November 6th. As a courtesy, Wimmer Communities will waive October’s garage rent of $50. Ms. [redacted] will receive $200 back from her original payment.Thank you,

Review: I signed a 1 year parking lease July 8, 2015, put down $300.00 CASH, did not get a receipt. It is underground parking in the Alpine Court, and Wimmer Brothers owns business. Within the 1st month, they called the police on me for trespassing. Then I received a letter in the mail wanting to see proof of car title and proof of insurance within 30 days, and I never took it over because nothing in the lease stated them to see this except a drivers license. Then it was ok. Now 2nd month I parked my car in my spot, and there are no trespassing signs or TOWING signs in garage. I went to get my car and it was towed! I called Wimmer Brothers next day, and they claim someone else was parking the car in the garage and it was my husband, who is also on the lease! So now they had my car towed 21 miles away, which cost me $280.00, which they towed it there on purpose, given a $50.00 trespassing ticket also, and lots of frustration, all because the property manager, [redacted] did not like me. I met with [redacted] and told him he has no right to ask for the title and insurance, nothing on lease about this. I told him I want them to pay me back for the towing, the $50.00 ticket and I want $250.00 back from the Lease that I no longer want to park my car there! I went through the garage the next day and they put all new towing signs in the garage that were NOT in there before! I have an attorney, [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want Wimmer Brothers to give me my $280.00 back for towing my car 21 miles away, and to pay the $50.00 ticket for trespassing, and terminate the FALSE Lease, and refund my $250.00 back. Reprimand [redacted], who had no right to tow my car. I asked [redacted] in our meeting where the towing place was and with a smirk on her face, she said you have a phone, google it! This is how rude she talks to you, her customers.

Review: On August 31,2013 I had an appointment with [redacted] a property associate at Park Side apartments who showed me an apartment on that day

I like the apartment and was willing to accepted it on that note I was given an application. The next day I brought back the application with two money orders of 20 dollars non refundable for my son and I for a credit check plus a refundable 50 dollar money order.

Credit check out very good, however I was told by [redacted] about the deposited fee of 500 dollars but, because I filed for bankruptcy in 2008 I would need to pay a double fee of 1000 dollars although it was discharged 2008. As a result of our conversation I decided to

take my business somewhere else. I was given back the 50 dollar money order as said however, it was stamped with there property bank name causing me not able to cash it anywhere including at their bank unless it's though them. I brought this to [redacted] and [redacted] attention

asking that they would deposited in there bank and mail me my refund of 50 dollars. I was told by [redacted] the property manager it's against their policy to do so. That I should take it up with the people who sold me the money order or western union who makes the the order. I have a problem with that, because the store Pick-n- Save where I purchased the money order said if it was for the stamped name of Park Side bank they would have no problem cashing it and Western Union is asking for a fee of 15 dollars I don't call that giving me back my refund of 50 dollars.

If it wasn't for their bank name on the money order to be deposited in their bank, I wouldn't have any problem cashing it at my bank or where I purchased it. All I 'm asking is for PARK SIDE to reconsider their decision and deposited the money order which has their name on and return my refund of 50 dollars as they said.Desired Settlement: I will like a full refund on $50 as promised!
