My husband & I planned a sailing cruise ...starting from Turkey. We booked the trip 1 year in advance but later decided to cancel the trip but booked another trip with the same cruise line. The cruise line was going to penalize us with a charge but Central Travel went to the Vice President of this cruise line & after a few phone calls....we were not penalized with a charge.
We received credits, etc.
