My husband & I planned a sailing cruise ...starting from Turkey. We booked the trip 1 year in advance but later decided to cancel the trip but booked another trip with the same cruise line. The cruise line was going to penalize us with a charge but Central Travel went to the Vice President of this cruise line & after a few phone calls....we were not penalized with a charge.
We received credits, etc.

Central Travel went the extra mile for us...way, "over the top for my husband and myself". We were so pleased! We will definitely plan our next trip with Central Travel!,
