Just yesterday, the bus company failed to pick up my daughter AGAIN. She was waiting with my wife outside my house for 1 HOUR. The bus did not come.Rivlab is NOT fulfilling their end of our agreement.

Rivlab Transportation Corporation is a school bus company located in NYC. We contracted with [redacted] to provide bus service for his child to school. September *, 2017 was the 1st day of school and yes the bus did run late which often happens on the 1st day of school. Drivers learn the routes,...

parents need to talk to the driver and in the case of pre-schoolers, take the '1st day of school' photo. The bus did go to [redacted]'s house and continues to go. All of our vehicles have GPS tracking devices in them so we know where are vehicles go.This year [redacted] contracted with Rivlab for his child's bus service. Rivlab does not provide a matron. The contract he signed does not state we provide a matron. It is for bus service that we are providing. In previous years he did not contract with Rivlab, but with his child's school directly. The school did provide a matron, but that has nothing to do with Rivlab.We are fulfilling our agreement 100%
