the first of our company hearing of the complaint I have placed a call to the consumer on 4/5/at approximately 10:15am to discuss the issue I left a message on the consumer's voicemail I also emailed the consumer and the client on 4/5/the below message. *The consumer signed a contract stating that this is a "VISUAL NON-INVASIVE inspection" that will describe the the observations that were taken at the TIME of the inspection The contract also states that "the inspection company is not responsible for any condition that may be covered, concealed, or inaccessible..." The contract goes on to state that in the event of a dispute or problem that they will "promptly notify us in writing of the condition/dispute to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue...."
