I made an appointment to have an oil change and booked it through WIN Hyundai's websiteThey gave me a confirmation number and I was informed the appointment was confirmed I arrived at 8:am for my 8:am appointmentOnly I person working the desks from what I could tellFinally after minutes a service rep??? came out and asked what I neededI informed the rep I had an 8:am appointment for an oil changeI asked how long the oil change would takeI was informed it would be at least an hourI reminded the rep I had an appointment and why would it take that long? No answer was givenI told the rep that several other Hyundai dealership service departments could and would do an oil change in under a half an hour Again no comment or reply My complaint centers on the uselessness of booking an appointment so I could get to work in a timely manner and the fact that booking an appointment is a waste of a customer time and effort

I made an appointment to have an oil change and booked it through WIN Hyundai's website. They gave me a confirmation number and I was informed the appointment was confirmed.
I arrived at 8:20 am for my 8:30 am appointment. Only I person working the desks from what I could tell. Finally after 10 minutes a service rep??? came out and asked what I needed. I informed the rep I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change. I asked how long the oil change would take. I was informed it would be at least an hour. I reminded the rep I had an appointment and why would it take that long? No answer was given. I told the rep that several other Hyundai dealership service departments could and would do an oil change in under a half an hour..
Again no comment or reply.
My complaint centers on the uselessness of booking an appointment so I could get to work in a timely manner and the fact that booking an appointment is a waste of a customer time and effort.
