The front bumper needed replacing on my Chevy Camaro and it's been a nightmareThe body shop manager claims to have sent in a supplemental charge to *** which he never didMy car sat in the shop while he (John ) "waited" for *** to contact himLousy customer serviceWhen I called to speak to him, he tried to argue with meImagine that; the body shop manager arguing with a loyal customer (I've bought Camaros from Win Kelly and get my cars serviced there.)Now, my insurance company had to call me to tell me that the body shop is waiting on rivetsWhy couldn't John call me??? Like I said before, lousy customer service!

I just had the most unpleasant experience with this business. I bought my vehicle to their location on June 3rd, 2015. It sat in their lot until June 11th, 2015 before it was brought inside for diagnostic inspection. On June 12th at 9:32am, I authorized the work on my car to be done with an estimate of $1500.00. I was told that if no parts needed to be ordered, my vehicle would be ready Friday (june 12th) evening. If a part(s) needed to be ordered, it would be ready on Monday (june 15th) morning. I called on morning to check the status. I was told that nothing was done to the vehicle and they were waiting for the parts. At that time I was also told the cost would be $2200 - this is opposed to the $1500 I was told on Friday. Work was going to be added to the estimate that I did not authorize. On Monday evening I was told that the vehicle was ready. When my wife and I went to pick the vehicle up, it shut off TWICE before we could get it off the lot. (not done).................
