Review: I have dropped off two winter down jacket for dry cleaning. I red jacket and one blue. the red jacket has dirty smudge at the zip lines, pocket lines and sleeve, and the blue one had no issues, just wanted some light cleaning done. I went to pick up my jackets and paid my bill, I noticed the red jacket was not cleaned or cleaned to acceptable condition. There was still notable smudges in the same areas mentioned. They attempted to do a last second dry clean while I was there. They just cleaned the sleeve, leaving the zip lines still dirty. I requested requested a refund. The counter person and the manager refused any refunds for their poor service. The blue jacket smell of sulfur, or a cat urine smell, wasn't notable until I got home to remove the coat sleeve bag.Desired Settlement: I prefer a refund, if not possible I would like this go on record for any potential customers to review.
