Winchester Medical Center Bariatric Progam

Review: I have asked this company many times to bill both of my insurances which they have failed to do. I have provided them the information each time I come into their office and yet they still send me bills that have errors. Recently they sent my account to a collection agency for $71 dollars an amount I do not owe because they have only billed one of my insurance. I tried to call them spoke with a women name [redacted] who was nice. I told her I am tired of the collection agency calling my house at 6am, 6pm, and during the day which has been about 4 times a day. I do not owe the amount they claim. I have asked several times for a break down so I could see what I am being charged. Their medical service is outstanding their billing department needs to be fired.Desired Settlement: They owe me money for over payment and need to stop calling me about money I do not owe. They need to submit all my claims to both of my insurances company [redacted] and [redacted].I have had a great relationship with this center and the Doctors for many years and have recommended them to my friends.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Winchester Medical Center Bariatric Program regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They have not provided me an updated statement showing the errors regards billing my insurance. They only told me that they where working on it.
