Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention.  I have done research from the Corporate Level to determine what has been done in this case.  The unit that you are in did not have bed bugs reported or ever treated prior to your moving in.  Your unit was treated as you are...

aware, we have had one of the neighboring units inspected with no results found and the other we have attempted to enter now 3 times to find minor children home alone so the Pest Control Company could not enter to inspect.  It is a true statement that Bed Bugs have been found from new furniture coming from a warehouse, we have even seen them come from items that were stored in a storage unit or pod while waiting to move in.  The Property did change hands of management this week after being sold to a new owner- Denizen Management is the new Property Management Company.  Unfortunately to be released from your lease you will need to speak to them directly.  However with the Bed Bugs being treated and none found on a follow up inspection, they will have to decide how to proceed.I am willing to share the Pest Control Paperwork with them if that will assist showing what was done and when.Thank you-Ardent Communities
