I had Winchester Wireless as my internet provider for over yearsThey were the best internet provider for the rural area I live inMy experience with them was outstandingThe customer support and service were greatThey were always available to work out any issues even if they needed to come to my house to troubleshoot any issuesDavid even came to my house to run tests and explain the issueThey upgrade their equipment to stay inline with the latest technologyI would highly recommend using their service

I have been a Winchester Wireless costumer for a little over a year nowI live in a rural area where internet is hard to come byI haven't had many issues with the serviceIt can be a little unstable at times (while they are working on items), but when it is stable it is greatI don't have the top of the line service and can surf the web and stream videos without many issuesI just upgrades speeds -FOR CHEAPER!- so I will see how surfing and streaming goes from hereSomething I can speak worlds about is the Customer ServiceWhen I DO have an issue, they are super easy to get a hold of on the FB Group page and will work to make it right asapI have nothing but good experiences with itWe recently had the opportunity to "upgrade" to a big business internet provider and I chose not to because of that factWhen I had Big Business internet company in town, I would have to wait several days sometimes a week to get helpI have never had any issues with the ownerHe has always been a person with meThen again, I don't rant and scream when I have an issue, I give them a reasonable amount of time to make it right

This customer's account was terminated by our company due to the inflammatory profanity used in an online public group forum for our customers to use as an online conduit for support related issues Subsequent to this termination, the father of this individual came into our office and spoke
with us in-person about the situation It was explained to him why our company made the decision to terminate the account He understood and was very apologetic about his son's behavior toward representatives of our company The father was told any future correspondence would need to come from him and that we would no longer facilitate any communication with the son, to which end he understood and was agreeableRegarding whether he was ever "promised" an upgrade, he was not We never "promise" any of our customers that they will definitely be eligible for upgrade In fact, on more than one occasion we have told the father that because he is situated behind a large hedge-row of pine trees that his opportunity for upgrade at any point in the future would be 50/chance at best The father has always been reasonable to deal with and this was an unfortunate circumstance the the son chose to be so disparaging in his behavior Our staff does not need to tolerate dealing with hostile clientele, and we will not tolerate it Way too many customers are very appreciative of what our company is doing to better the lives of the residents within our community, and we will continue to focus on serving those that actual respect and appreciate what we are doingWe regret that this account had to be terminated on our end, but we hope this will serve as a lesson for others that we will not be talked to like dogs, either in private or on a public venue This behavior was beyond acceptable, and was out of line Hopefully this individual will treat future providers with more respect and use more tact in his communications

Living in a rural residence with few ISP options, Winchester Wireless has delivered a great product and customer supportThey follow up with any issues and provide great communication with new products as they are launchedAfter hours support is very responsive! A+++

After two years using a competitor, Winchester Wireless is a breath of fresh air MrW*** and his staff provide prompt, courteous customer service on the rare occasion I have a concern I regularly receive the Internet speeds for which I pay, and am happy with their product

I've had the good fortune to hire Custom Computers and it's sister company Winchester Wireless in and respectivelyI own two companies in Winchester, VA and am always on the hunt for talented vendor supportThat need ended with the discover of David W*** and his competent staffDave's company has provided exceptional service and product but what makes this company most special is that he and his staff are always ready to go the extra mile when requiredFor example, I was having difficulty with a Office Excel and it was nearly 9pm when I was trying to finish up with a proposalI left his office a voicemail and explained the circumstances and within minutes, he called with a solutionWhen I hired Winchester Wireless in for my Internet service provider, I was amazed at how much his company had grown from zero subscribers in when he started the company to over by We moved to the country and one of our great concerns was facing high speed Internet at a reasonable rateDave and his staff installed all of the equipment on schedule and I was able to get sufficient speed to let the kids watch all of their Utube and Netflix videos while my wife and I worked from homeDave has since become a close friend and never fails to be a valued resource for business and personal issuesI would hire Dave W*** and his company's without hesitation and have referred many business friendsMy prompting for writing today was because I was reminded of his value for hunting down the best deals when I asked him to find me a cheap tablet for $bucks or less in FridayHe sent me an email telling me this morning that he found oneFolks, it's that kind of support that you rarely find in other vendor relationshipsThank you Dave!

Winchester Wireless is one of the best companies that I have ever done business with, and is the best internet service provider that I have ever had in over years Their attention to customer issues and problems is superb Their service is near flawless and always up and operational They are customer friendly, easy to use, and their service management is outstanding They really bend over backwards to do all they can for their customers I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends

Living in a rural area there aren't many internet options. Dial up or satellite with data restrictions? Neither a satisfying choice but...there's a third option and that is Winchester Wireless. High speed internet with no data limits and no contract. I've had this service for 6+ years and am very satisfied. It's dependable, fast and affordable. They are very responsive to any issues and are always upgrading the service to better fit the needs of their customers. It's a much needed and well provided service that I am grateful to have where I live. I highly recommend Winchester Wireless.

I had Winchester Wireless as my internet provider for over 3 years. They were the best internet provider for the rural area I live in. My experience with them was outstanding. The customer support and service were great. They were always available to work out any issues even if they needed to come to my house to troubleshoot any issues. David even came to my house to run tests and explain the issue. They upgrade their equipment to stay inline with the latest technology. I would highly recommend using their service.

Since 2010, Winchester Wireless has been our ISP. Over that time, we have found them to be an extremely reliable and fast internet provider. Their service allows us to telecommute, game, and even stream movies from a rural location. In the rare times we have had issues, I can email the owner and always get a quick, friendly response. Winchester Wireless has made our lives better, and I recommend them without any reservations.

Something I can speak worlds about is the Customer Service. When I DO have an issue, they are super easy to get a hold of on the FB Group page and will work to make it right asap. They have never let us down came to the house when they upgraded their towers great Internet stream etc.

Very reliable Internet service. Company always responsive, great customer service, great people to deal with.
