Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I was not told any of this information before they started process If they would've explained this to me I would not have went through with the process Also they never had to do a screening on me because I refused before the process could be completed In other words I said i'm not interested before they started the screening process So for them to keep my private information was not explained to me and also was not necessary for my situation because I never started the screening process It's like I never went there they are just holding my personal private information hostage for reasons unknown to me I do not feel secure or safe with them having my information! Like they stated low income property and H.U.D which I was also not informed of I shouldn't be at risk because they do not explain clearly their processes to their potential customers That falls on their shoulders solely! In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I know what I signed. It stated sign to start the screening process but no screening was ever done. So if no screening process was ever done then they don't need my personal information. I want my personal information back that is my right !!!! They do not need personal information on an individual that they never screened. Makes no sense at all. They are just rude and think they can get away with something like this because they are used to dealing with low income less fortunate people who don't know their rights. I am not comfortable with them having my information. The Revdex.com should understand my point of view and take necessary steps to help me in this situation.

Please see attached page 8 of our eligibility questionare which was signed by [redacted] during his meeting with our Community Manager on 5/*/17 authorizing us to begin our screening process , as well as certifies understanding that occupancy is contingent upon meeting management's resident selection criteria and the housing credit program requirements.   Additionally, the bottom section does cite HUD language as well.    Unfortunately, whether [redacted] read what he signed or not, we are not permitted to release documents (which are copies, not his originals) which must remain part of our permanent records to maintain compliance with the program regulations.

Wincoram Commons is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Project which is subject to regulation by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) and the United States Internal Revenue Service pursuant to U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 42 (the "Statute"), and a Low-income Housing...

Credit Regulatory Agreement between DHCR and the owner of the Project (the “Agreement").To ensure we are maintaining compliance with these regulations, all applicants must be screened for eligibility under the program guidelines for items including but not limited to Income, citizenship status, student status, etc. In accordance with the 4350.3:Owners must apply screening criteria uniformly to all applicants to prevent discrimination and avoid fair housing violations.Owners must collect and maintain various types of information regarding prospective and current tenants to help establish compliance with program requirements. To avoid the risk of violating civil rights and nondiscrimination requirements when seeking to gather such data, owners should consistently ask the same questions of all prospective and current tenants. Owners are required to allow HUD staff and contract administrators access to the relevant records for their properties and other sources of information as necessary, for determining compliance with civil rights and nondiscrimination requirements.Once an applicant is taken off the waiting list, the owner must retain the application, all correspondence, notices, any applicable screening criteria for 3 years. Owners must keep records and submit reports and information as required by HUD to enable HUD and the owner to ascertain whether the owner has complies, or is complying with, nondiscrimination requirements.
