has to pay us for the damaged rims that cost us $450 to repair our loaner vehicle. Therein lies the crux of the problem. She was provided with a brand new [redacted] with only 483 miles that left with no damage and returned after service hours with damaged rims that were scraped up badly. So we have an outstanding repair bill of $450 that she is responsible for.
