Revdex.com: We are responding to complaint ID# [redacted] on October [redacted] in regards to [redacted] ***'s response There are inaccuracies in [redacted] ***'s response, we NEVER refused to do the grading [redacted] seeding job, [redacted] NEVER insisted they add a swale or retaining wallTheir main concern was the flooding, which is why we, Quality Edge were being extra attentive to the jobWe had asked two other more than qualified business associates to review The ***'s concerns with the flooding, they simply RECOMMENDED a swale or retaining wallI (Gina) was at The ***'s residence with Mike at the time of the estimateAt no time did I feel that Mike was intimidating, rude, or unprofessionalIt is unfortunate that [redacted] feel this way about Mike, because he was the one who informed The [redacted] that he felt the flooding was more due to the addition that was added to their home, as opposed to the l***When all was said [redacted] done, the final response from [redacted] was that we were to move forward with the original grading [redacted] seeding jobUpon confirmation from The ***'s, Quality Edge prepared for the equipment [redacted] materials to be on the job siteAs previously stated, The ***'s canceled the job via text message to our business phoneTherefore The ***'s response that they never canceled anything is untrueAlso there were delays in the starting of the job, due to the exposed piping on the ground from the gutters that were installed by their contractorAs for the estimates we gave, the pricing was as is (not a rough estimate) however there were no specifications given at that time, which we stated that we would be more than happy to give a detailed estimate (ex: type of material, type of lighting, how many lights, type of wiring, type of pavers, etc.) so for The ***'s to say that our estimate was out of line is not fair, because you cannot compare pricing not knowing the exact specsIn all my communications with [redacted] ***, I stated that this was very upsetting [redacted] that we still wanted to resolve the issueI have offered The ***'s a refund in the amount of $1,As stated prior, we have incurred expenses [redacted] I feel that the offer of the refund was more than fair [redacted] refused my offer [redacted] informed me that she will be pursuing this through Small Claims CourtI ask that the Revdex.com please take into consideration, that the courts will be making the final decision [redacted] therefore please allow for this decision to be made before taking action regarding this complaintThank you, Gina from Quality Edge L***scape & Design

To: Revdex.com Bureau The customer statement has some informationOne being that *** stating that she sent *** messages with no replies is untrue, as we have answered her messages upon arrival via text messages to the business phone, I stated in my message to please only use one form of
communication, as I do not feel *** messaging is appropriate given the circumstances, *** once her messages were not answered within the hour that she sent them, she even went as far as to contact me (*** ***) via my personal *** pageAll of her text messages via Quality Edge's business phone were answered, even those that she continuously sent at inappropriate hours of the night, so therefore her statement saying that we did not respond is false, as we have the text messages as proof. A $deposit was given *** signed with her knowledge that Jeff P*** was going on vacation *** upon his return would begin the jobDue to a medical condition Jeff was unable to physically perform the job himselfHowever, our company Quality Edge was taking full lead of the jobDue to the frantic text messages that were being received by the ***, we decided to bring in experts on the flooding situation (which was not proposed in the original contract, because that had not been an issue at that time)At the time of arrival the property was not the same, as the contractor for the addition had added in gutters that needed to be ran to daylight, *** we could not begin the job with the piping that was now existent on the propertyIt was determined by Mike that her flooding condition was not because of the property but rather the addition added onto the existing houseAt that time *** *** was still inquiring about drainage, *** both partners Junior *** Mike issued an estimate for two different drainage proposalsNeither proposal was expected to supersede the original proposalAfter *** * *** *** expressed their concerned that both proposals were not in their budget, *** that they wanted the original proposal (given by Jeff P***) to be executed, both The *** *** Quality Edge agreed on the original proposalWe then stated that equipment as well as our crew were set to arrive on the job site to complete the original proposal*** * *** *** then contacted via text that they were not comfortable *** wanted to wait until Jeff P***'s returnAt the time of cancellation, the deposit was forfeited, however we still were willing to work with the *** utilizing the $2,deposit *** *** then asked us to give her four other estimates so she could utilize the $deposit with these other projectsWe then sent her via text message a rough estimate of the projects she wanted performedAt that time she stated that the prices of each job were out of line *** wanted her deposit backThe estimates were rough estimates *** not detailed, *** I (*** ***) expressed to her that I would be more than happy to provide her with a detailed breakdown of each job she asked to be performed.We as Quality Edge went out of our way to ensure that the *** were satisfied customersAll changes that occurred were all due to *** * *** *** indecisiveness, *** dem***ing concerns that the flooding issue be resolvedShe stated that she wanted the original proposal done, we were more than happy to do that for them as we stated above, all equipment was ready to go for the jobAny delays that occurred during this time were due to the fact that *** * *** *** agreed that the flooding needed to be corrected by their contractor, *** after that was corrected, we would begin the job. Please make note that we as Quality Edge were always ready *** willing to perform these services for them

 The response from Quality Edge is totally untrue. They have taken [redacted] added things to this situation.  Keeping $2,000 of my money is equivalent to stealing. how do they justify keeping $2,000 for a job that was not even started.  I sent messages on [redacted] because that's the ONLY  site Quality Edge Landscaping Has.  I never cancelled any thing. I only asked that Jeff or Junior do my work because Mike was rude, intimidating, [redacted] unprofessional towards my husband. Nothing on my property changed, from the start till the end we wanted our property graded, nothing more , nothing less. Our contractor was putting in gutters, the only thing that had to be handled was removing the end caps.  That had no bearing on the grading job. That was done within 5  minutes. QE  made us wait because Jeff had a [redacted] Junior's mother had a health issue. We understood [redacted] gave them time out of compassion. Now they turn it around [redacted] claim we made them wait. That is a SIN. The estimate that junior gave was not a rough estimate, he specifically told me he was sending the price via text. I then had another company estimate the same exact job [redacted] it was half of what Junior gave me. I feel they were jacking up the prices because I was only going to spend the $2,000 deposit.  I sent messages to Gina on HER work FB page at the times I did because I sleep during the day [redacted] I am up at night. I suffer with [redacted] complications from [redacted] so my schedule is off. They never were harrassing at odd hours , it's a WORK page. The cell number I called was also the WORK number that Jeff gave me. so that info Gina gave is inaccurate as well.  I never postponed any job with QE , they kept sending over different workers [redacted] partners , giving me different scenarios [redacted] higher prices. I told them succinctly [redacted] to the point , " I ONLY WANT MY PROPERTY , GRADED  [redacted] SEEDED ( with new soil as well ) they refused to do it because they wanted me to add a swale or a retaining wall. Thank you [redacted]  P.S. I hope I addressed all points.
