I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  If WTIC continues to not communicate what is going on with the repairs, I will have to once again contact the Revdex.com to rectify this situation.  I would also consider having WTIC provide a New Inverter for to replace mine if this repair process continues to drag on.  I am now more than a year off line and need to fix this problem.
