Wind wireless (WW) has been my connection for two long years. It seems that the bandwidth is oversold with tons of lag. It's expensive and slow, too. Anything but dialup is better if you can get it. As for customer service, well that's almost non-existent. I wanted to upgrade my service to see if it will work better, so I called, I emailed, over a week ago. No response at all, I've only heard crickets from WW. If you can, use anything else. Comcast, DSL, fishnet, ptera is way better. I mean, come on, if you can't afford to communicate with customers to upgrade when can you communicate? I am very very disappointed with WW. If you can use anything else do so, if you can't, God help you. Wind wireless won't.
