Ditto that!
We've been with Wind Wireless several years in a rural setting. Several years ago they were OK at response to our needs. However, our speeds have been so slow for many months. I've called a week ago, explained our Turtle speed, was told "Tech Support will be back to you within 24 hours". No return call. Challenge is we pay 6 months ahead. I can hardly wait after we switch to get a refund...they're going downhill quickly.
