Our rates are 99$ (before tax) with a 10$ key deposit which is given back at the end of the stayIf our customers rent a room through Expedia and Booking, we (occasionally)
offer a discounted price of 89$ a night (before tax) with a 10$ key depositIt seems we were unable to run *** ***’s credit card information when the reservation was made and the employee that handled her made an error of judgement regarding her rate and charged Ms*** ***s the standard $rate with a 10$ key depositWe do not offer a club card and have not for the last years, we do however, charge a 10$ key deposit that is given back after a guests stayHOTELS.COM had misinformed you as we have never had a club card, but have always had a key deposit which is clearly written on Ms***s receiptWe do not cheat the customerWe are so sorry for the rate oversight on our part, and give our sincerest apologiesWe will gladly refund her $or the full amount, just let us know where we should send the check
