Windcrest Nursing and Rehab

My Grandmother was sent here after a hospital visit so that she can go to rehab before being sent home. when we got there the place was nasty is smelled really bad, they had people running all over the place they were not paying any attention to the other senior citizens that were there. we went back the next morning so they we could take her home instead because of this center, we got there they had no idea where she even was her stuff was no longer in her room instead it was in multiple other peoples rooms when we finally found her she was alone in the dining hall trying to find out when she would get something to eat since she had not been fed and it was after lunch time. it is not right to abuse the elderly in such a manner that you don't even feed them. My Grandmother is a diabetic as well as she has high blood pressure and was not given her medication to help control her health issues. I do not know how this place still has it's door's open they should be shut down for abuse.
