In regards to [redacted] ***, 1, the windows are no longer under warranty, Wallside would be happy to replace it but there will be chargesThe other window that needs service we have all ready done non warranty work and there is a cod of dollarsWe will waive the cod on the service work and finish repairing that window at no charge.If you have any questions please call [redacted]

Wallside’s Installation Manager and Siding Manager met with Mr*** yesterdayThey went over Mr*** water leak issue and explained that the leak was coming from his existing wood window that was not replaced by WallsideSometime in January, Wallside will be replacing that window along
with seven other windows that Mr*** is purchasingAttached is copies of the original Wallside contract*** *** invoice and completion for the original installationIf you have any further questions, please call me at *** or email at *** Thank you *** ***

We have contacted the customer to schedule field service manager to assess the newly installed doorwalls and inspect quality of the windows and door and the installation. We will stand behind our product and ensure the customer received what they ordered, and if not, replace any incorrectly
installed items

We apologize for the delay in providing the locks.  We had to order the locks in and have received them and sent them out as of 1/2/2018 when our office returned from the holidays.  Thank you and we, again, apologize for the delay.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.As I stated before, it was payed by me over time. I don't have the receipt now. I have tried getting a new one from my contractor and he can't recall how much it was.he is guessing $1500. or 1800.  I told him it was 1500. and that is what I payed him. but he doesn't want to go out on a limb by guessing. so as of now I don't have the receipt. wallside should have it. I faxed them 3 of them when they gave me the ok to have it done.and there records should show they never payed anyone to do the work.
