Complaint[redacted]We ordered windows [redacted] from Windecor Windows Inc. [redacted] One pane on bay window was scratched. In Sept/13, [redacted], the owner come do a walk through to inspect the work done by his employees. He indicated that the scratched pane would be replaced. [redacted] We settled the bill [redacted]with [redacted] at that time. Later I noticed that their was an error on the bill that benefitted them. I informed Windecor via a phone call and on Dec 2/13 I paid, in good faith the remaining amount of $456.34([redacted]). On Dec 23/13 Windecor replaced the scratched pane with a new pane that had a MUCH larger scratch. [redacted] I phoned Windecor on Jan 2/14 with the complaint. Receptionist, [redacted] assured me that [redacted] would call me. This did not happen, so I called back on Jan. 7/14. Again I was assured by [redacted] that [redacted] would call me. This did not happen.On Jan 17/14 I called again and this time requested that [redacted], the owner call me. This did not happen. On [redacted]. 24/14 we had a very nice day with melting. On that day I noticed that we had a leaking window. Moisture had leaked at the top of the window frame and my window blind had a fairly large stain on it from the leak. On [redacted] 25/14 and Jan 27/14 I left messages on [redacted]'s cell phone for him to call me. This did not happen. On Jan 28 I called Windecor and informed [redacted] of the leak issue and the fact that I had still not heard from either [redacted] or [redacted] regarding the scratched pane. [redacted] On January 31/14 I went to Windecor hoping to speak with [redacted] and [redacted] in person and I found the door locked during the posted regular business hours. [redacted]Desired SettlementWe would like Windecor to: - replace the badly scratched window pane in bay window. - fix the leak problem that resulted from the installation of the bay window - cover the cost of cleaning or replacing the blind that was stained as a result of the leaking window.If Windecor is no longer operating we would like to recover the cost incurred to deal with all of the above issues.

On January 8 2014 Windecor took one of picture windows blinds for repair. There is no response where the blind is.[redacted] We purchased $23,000.00 worth of doors windows and locks and blinds from them. [redacted] A two week repair on our blind has now almost been 2 months. They blame the supplier [redacted] for the delay, [redacted] We just want our blind back.Desired SettlementWe just want our repaired blind returned!!
