We did the preliminary move out The owner then requested the deposit be sent to her because she wanted to complete the move out process and she requested we close her account We sent the deposit to the owner, as she requested and sent a letter to the tenant informing her that the owner would be handling her deposit In the same letter we provided the owner contact information The tenant needs contact the owner regarding her deposit Please let me know if you require any additional information Thank you, [redacted] WPM South

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am not being unreasonableAnd the person replying to my complaint whom has never spoken to me is being unprofessionalI have followed every instruction giving to me with provided informationIf this person is saying they have a duty with the owner to comply with regulations, I to have a duty to comply with my signed lease with WPM SouthIf this is a practice there business handles then they should tell tenants PRIOR to legal action being takenYou can not expect someone to understand that the remainder of there deposit was given to an owner just cause they askedI am a very reasonable and understanding person and I am appalled that this person who does not know my character will say otherwiseI am just a tenant wanting my deposit that I paid WPM SouthHad I not paid my rent, WPM South would have evicted meAgain I believe my deposit has been shifting hands and everyone want to play the blame game and not give me whats owedI wish this person who defamed my character would have contacted me and see exactly my issue was instead of stating what I don't understand/being unreasonable.Any tenant in my position would do the sameWPM South need better customer relation skills and relationship building with tenantsAgain, I will fight every avenue and use every resource available to get what again WPM South states is owed to meYou paid me a part of itYou should have made it clear PRIOR to do whatever was done with my deposit other than returning it to me.Kymberlee B this is in no way directed at you personally but I have dealt with you and signed my lease with you and you may want cconvey to whomever replied to my complaint against WPM South my characterSeems they made my business matter personal.Sincerely, [redacted]

*** does not want to understand that the owner requested to finalize the accounting of her security depositWPM SOUTH LLC/*** *** agent for owner has a fiduciary duty to comply with the owners requirementIt is now up to the owner and tenant to work out any disputesWe cannot help with this situation and is beyond our control! She has been referred to the property owner who her contract was with as WPM SOUTH does not have authority to make decisions!!I believe *** is being unreasonable and hopefully she will eventually understand that she can try to resolve any issues directly with the owner.Thank You,Ed V***Designated BrokerWPM SOUTH LLC

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I signed a contract with Windermere Property Management not the ownerWindermere did send a letter and partial check which I have mentionedI have been given the run around being told to call this person or that person who doesn't answer or reply when I had a binding and written contract with WindermereNowhere in my contract does it state my deposit would be sent to the ownerWhen a client signs a contract its seems unpractical to send the client a letter saying yes we sent you money you gave us but someone else wants it so now deal with themI have nothing contractual written saying I gave the owner any money but I do have it showing I gave it to Windermere so they should follow practice and there contract rules and pay their clientI was a great tenent whom I feel is being given the brush off I was never told my deposit would be sent to anyone other than myself until AFTER it was doneNow I'm to fight a needle in a hay stack to find and get my deposit when the company I paid should return it to meIn have been trying to get money owed to me since May 2015,and everyone wants to just point fingers.Sincerely,*** ***
