Aloha ***, I am responding to the complaint received today from [redacted] I am truly sorry about her disappointment and problems with her listing I just hung up with John B [redacted] and he withdrew the listing from the [redacted] earlier today, has removed the sign, sent [redacted] a form to sign electronically to withdraw the listing from the ***, he is drafting a formal cancellation of the listing and will put the keys to the home in certified mail to [redacted] tomorrow The listing was released on 10/19/and was actually in escrow in Febfor $475,but was cancelled due to the buyer's inability to obtain financing John has marketed the home and tried to sell it for the best possible price The Real Estate Market is always changing and we have to make adjustments based on market demands and changes in demand on a weekly basis John only has nice things to say about [redacted] and is disappointed that things did not work out to get the home sold John has been in the industry for a long time and truly cares about his clients He did want to sell home for the best possible price, the right buyer just didn't come along during the time he had it listed We will cooperate with [redacted] to do whatever she needs to get the property listed with someone else or rented I can be reached at [redacted] or [email protected] to discuss this further with [redacted] if she wants Again, I apologize that things did not work and we hope [redacted] gets her home sold as soon as possibleSincerely, Cindy [redacted] Windermere C & H Properties [redacted]

The listing was released on 10/19/15 and was actually in escrow in Feb. for $475,000 but was cancelled due to the buyer's inability to obtain financing.  John has marketed the home and tried to sell it for the best possible price.  The Real Estate Market is always changing and we have to make adjustments based on market demands and changes in demand on a weekly basis.  John only has nice things to say about [redacted] and is disappointed that things did not work out to get the home sold.  John has been in the industry for a long time and truly cares about his clients.  He did want to sell home for the best possible price, the right buyer just didn't come along during the time he had it listed.
