Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for the response thus far and for refunding the cost of the window blinds. However, as for the matter concerning the pasture and raised area around the livestock barn, there is more that needs to be discussed
First, while I understand the pasture needed to be mowed and was mowed AFTER we moved in I will accept that and move forward
Second, the level area around the barn was not mowed by the neighbor( you can contact him yourself to verify). I cleared that area myself and had to purchase a sickle to do it as it was grown up well above my height and I am foot tall. Had I known or even better yet...been told that small little area needed to be cut, I would have done it with my mower at a cost of about $for fuel since I kept it maintained while we lived there and it had only slightly overgrown. I did not see that as necessary since it had not been done when I moved in. I also feel that being charged $to cut an area no larger than X feet is highway robbery
Third, I don't understand why anything was returned in the mail to you. We received the minimal check with deductions and itemized list that prompted this complaint to begin with, so I don't see the validity in stating you had returned mail?
Lastly, my cell phone is in perfect working order and my voice mail is as well. If I were in your position as a member of the community and part of a very prominent business, I think I might have tried to return a phone call more than once. I called twice on July 7th from my home number, once on July 8th from work and once on July 9th from my cell phone. Additionally, the link you provided for the move out inspection is not in your response. I assume it was removed by the Revdex.com site, but I am not certain.

[redacted],what do you think is the fair outcome here? We had the area cleaned up and the brush cut. We were charged $400 so that's what we charged you. I would be willing to split it with you, but that's as far as I will go. With the $125 I have already promised you, that would be a total of $325 directly from me to you. If you give me your email address I will send you the move out/in reports. The one we have still does not work; [redacted]@yahoo.com...it bounced back again yesterday when I tried emailing the reports.

I did call and your phone just rangand rang...it didn't allow me to leave a message. I have not received any emails from you (junk...

That being said, we were not aware that you installed the blinds that did not fit, so I will refund you the $125 that you were charged.  Per your move-in report the pasturewas cut for you at move-in and therefore it needed to be cut at move-out. The fact it was muddy and unmowable at the time of your move out is unfortunate, however it needed to be done. Regarding the mound, the issue was the flat part by the donkey barn that needed to be returned back to what it was on your move-in report-not the mound...we didn't cut that nor did we charge you for it.  We emailed you a copy of your move-out report to the forwarding address you provided, however it was returned to us. I have attached both the move-in report and here is alink to your move-out report (it's too big to attach).Regards,
