My mother has used Superior for many years They replaced her heating/air about years ago That was a very positive experience All of the team who were there were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing We have had no problems at all and feel very good about the system we put in Our regular service technician is absolutely wonderful John always explains well and gives us good information when we ask questions There's been no problems, only the service calls but John is always there when supposed to be and takes care of the service in the most courteous manner He's a very smart young man and we trust him and the company totally Even the young ladies in the office are very helpful when I call them to schedule the service Thank you Superior for excellent service!

I have always been completely satisfied with products, customer service and efficiency of service of Superior Heating and Air I am a long-term customer and have always found the personnel of this company to be respectful, efficient and extremely friendly and professional I like that the technicians that come to your home cover their shoes with booties while working in your home and explain what actions they have taken in reference to the service performed The technician who has been providing service for us for the last few years is John and he is always courteous, friendly, and professional and current in his field of knowledge I have and will continue to refer Superior Heating and Air to others

John was very professional and helpfulAs a widow I find the maintenance agreement "peace of mind" and effective for having my system inspected and maintainedI have had this agreement for many years

I stopped in to Superior Heating and A/C to buy a filter for our unit and to make an appointment to have the capacitor on our unit checked because the fan had stopped working. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out what filter I needed (I had the dimensions, but not the filter number), and when I asked when I could make an appointment, Jamie said that he could come by right then and change the capacitor. He was at our house within ten minutes, had everything up and running, and even gave us some helpful tips to help our unit last longer. He was super friendly and personable! We will definitely be using this company in the future

I have had Superior Heating & Air in Richmond, Kentucky for at least 25 years. They have been courteous, professional, understanding and gone beyond the call of duty on every service call and installation of at at least 2 new systems.

Jamie is reliable, professional, friendly, punctual, polite, and respectful. The best!!

Our experience with Superior Heating and A/C has always been great, and today's service was again "superior." Our A/C went out yesterday--not a good thing to have happen in 90+ weather. Within 30 minutes of our call, Brian at Superior Heating and A/C showed up and diagnosed the problem. Even with having to locate the right part, Brian had the A/C up and running in less than 24 hours. We couldn't ask for better service!

The service tech arrived 15 minutes early, listened to my input and then did general service. He checked out the problem that I had mentioned during our brief conversation, diagnosed it quickly, and made the necessary repair. He was courteous and friendly. As he had been here previously, he remembered how to deal with my cats, even recalling that one was a bit plump. He filled out the invoice, waited for the check, and was out of the house within 1/2 hour.
He was efficient, clean and well mannered. I would recommend this service and its service personnel highly.

I purchased my first unit from Superior 18 years ago and my most recent 2 years ago. They are a very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated company. I have the service agreement which does a yearly spring and fall check of the system. Several times they have caught parts that were in process of failing and thankfully they replaced them before they did fail. Their technicians are highly trained and repair/fix problem the first time. Never having to come back for a do-over.

We were very pleased with the efficient and excellent service we received. They are quick to come when we need them and have always repaired our heat pumps to tip top working order.
