At this time, I have been contacted directly by Windhorse Trading, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

"Suman" continued to give me untrue answers. He said he promised a full refund on August ** and Sept
*, 2016; he did not. On Sept* he said he had already mailed the check; he did not. The check was issued on Sept ** and postmarked Sept **. He did not refund the postage of $(my paying to return the incorrect garments); he did not. I paid postage of over $and have nothing to show for he. Yet he stated twice he would give me a full refund; he did not. I waited the days as advised by bank to see if the check cleared. So far it shows cleared. "Suman" never answered any inquiries from the bank either, as he also ignored your inquiries. I would not recommend anyone do business with Windhorse Trading if this man is involved.

Hello: This is regarding the complaint filed against us by *** ***: Complaint ID# ***. *** ***s placed an order with our sales representativeShe ordered pieces of jacket that totaled to $and with shipping and handling the invoice totaled to $ Purchase order #***, shipped on June **, She paid with a credit card Few days after receiving the shipment, she called saying she was not satisfied with her purchase and would like to return it We asked her to return the jacket back to us, and we will call her upon receiving the return product to discuss exchange or return (This is our company's standard return procedure) Upon receiving the returned products, we contacted her and told her we could refund the credit card back Initially, she had considered exchanging products and upon her request we sent her an e-catalog and waited to hear from her She eventually came to the conclusion that she wanted the refund However, we couldn't refund the credit card she had initially used to purchase because it was compromised Therefore, we agreed to mailing her a check We mailed her a check of $(minus shipping cost) She cashed the check and the copy of the check is attached to this email The two weeks that we weren't in touch about what we were going to do with the return also happened to fall when we were moving warehouses We tried to accommodate her with all situations We would hate for this to ruin our company reputation We have a very good standing record with all our clients And, if needed we can provide references to show our efficiency Please feel free to reach out with any questions, if needed Sincerely,Meera L***Windhorse Trading Inc.*** ***
