I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They did give me back $900 dollars they charge me  for getting me credit for the car. I reminder them that I have my own means of getting  credit from my [redacted].So they return $900. I am addressing the down payment on the car from my trade in and the $3400. on my credit card. If my trade in was $22,000. and $13000. to be paid to [redacted].  $9000. should be credited to down payment.  So Why did they give me a receipt for $8000. and after calling me back to the office and ask for $3400.more. they then gave me a receipt for $10,400. That does not add up right. With a down payment of $9000.and $3400. on my credit card it should be $12,400 credit to my account. Not $10,400 Dollars. This is my dispute with this Business.

sorry for the inconvenience, all interest rates are determined by the applicant credit history. subject to primary lenders approval. however if you pay the car off early the interest rate gets prorated.thanks!
