WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - called Ed Martin the owner back in September 2016 about a key fob, he said it would take 4-8 weeks to get software. Called him every couple of weeks regarding the key. He gave same answer "it takes awhile", "I am busy, call back later", "I have no idea, I am not near a computer" or just hangs up on me. Called again on the 4 month mark. Reminded him of who I was before I finished he interjects "what do you want". Asked him if the key arrived since it had been over 4 months. Still gave the same answer "it takes awhile". I told him that is not good enough I have been waiting 4 months with out a key. He replies "I am busy right now and I am waiting on a call and I cannot help you. Just go to the dealer". His customer service has to be the worst I have seen in regards to helping customers. Never felt like he cared at all about my business and was always rude over the phone like I was a problem. I have also been inside his place of business where he is only on location on Wednesday. The place smells of body oder and there is no AC and only one window open.
